Shipping Policy

Processing time is approximately between 1-10 Business Days for your item(s) to be shipped. (When ordering items that need to be bleached, we are dependent on the weather. Rainy weather can delay production times slightly.)

*Check and double check your address. If package is sent back it'll be at buyer expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyers’ responsibility to track down package.

Lost/ Stolen Packages:  Mustard Seed Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered” and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office. If you live in an apartment building please check with your management office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received your package. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues please contact your local post office.  

- All Christmas orders need to be shipped by December 15th this is the USPS deadline.  We are not responsible for ship time once USPS takes possession of your order.
